phpCODER ver 1.04

This has bothered me for a long time and in reading this form I see that you are thinking of a maintenance release so maybe this might make it into the release.

When the program is started a splash screen appears that 1.) comes to the forefront and blocks vision of open files/programs and 2.) totally takes over the computer not allowing any keyboard input. In other words the computer freezes when phpCoder is loading. If this is necessary so be it, but if it is not I'd like that to change. (I have learned to live with it so it's not that big a deal)

The second thing should be changed! Once phpCoder loads it losses focus. It does not come to the forefront, it disappears and minimizes it's self and one must click on it to start work. I would like this behavior to change. phpCoder should stay active and appear in front of all other open windows, ready for use. After all that's why I started it.
